Returns Policy

Shop with confidence due to our guaranteed returns & exchange program!
We will exchange all garments that are returned in a condition acceptable for resale. That includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • The item is in brand new condition
  • The item has not been washed, smells of cologne or has deoderant marks on.
  • All tags and packaging are intact.

Please make contact within 14 days of the purchase date and do your best to select the appropriate size & colors. Postage costs will be refunded within New Zealand.Overseas postage will not be refunded but a replacement item will be sent out without any aditional post cost.   Please ensure you return the garment via courier or a tracked service. Please put your receipt inside the bag along with bank account details for refund. If something isn't right & you are not happy please get in contact.

Outside this time period, any faulty goods will be exchanged under the Consumer Guarantees Act, NZ.


The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. Newletters are sent out using MailChimp.  There is an opt out link at the bottom of the email.

Delivery Times/ Charges.

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 days for delivery within NZ, or upto 2 weeks internationally.

Sportswear is posted with NZ Courier Post (targer 1-2 days delivery). There is a standard $4 charge.  International postage is a standard $12.  Also with tracking. To Australia $7.  If you like within the city of Rotorua (BoP,NZ) you can click on Post exempt and you will not be charged for postage.
